Every human society has a structurally built-in group of people that don’t fit into society. But in both the Fascist and Socialist States, these people are often exiled, exterminated, or sent to gulags and work camps. They are considered criminal elements, simply because they do no fanatically support the regime in power. In the USSR, the Vrag Proletariata was one of these elements. They were the enemies of the Proletariat.
